16x24 Single garage in Rockingham, VA

Simply Garages constructed this small post-frame garage on a farmette in Rockingham County VA, but it could just as easily go in a backyard for a mower shed, single car garage, or other accessory use. The simple design makes it very cost-effective to build, and yet it still features a large overhead door and a concrete floor!

20x22 Stick-frame SmartPanel Garage

This one was stick-framed on a monolithic slab in the Hollins area of Roanoke VA. 9’ side walls, 4/12 roof pitch, vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia. This customer opted for a classic red barn look, but with siding like this you can paint it any color you’d like!

24x24 detached 2-car garage in Bridgewater VA

This is one of our favorite projects…simple, cost-effective and good-looking! Post-frame style construction saves time and foundation costs, but added wall sheathing and vinyl siding make it blend seamlessly with the house visually.

For this garage, we also included some interior finish work and electrical package, including trenching up to the customer-supplied disconnect box on the house.
